Good value, minor issue

We booked the All-Fun Inclusive package for Hotel Xcaret Mexico. The access to all the parks like Xcaret Park and Xplor Park was fantastic, really made the trip feel packed with activities. The food at the resort, especially the Sunday Brunch at Las Cuevas, was a highlight. My only real gripe was the airport shuttle service; we had to wait about 30 minutes longer than expected for our pickup at the airport, which was a bit annoying after a long flight. Overall though, it was a solid experience and good value for what we paid.

Awesome trip!

Just got back from Hotel Xcaret Mexico and it was awesome! We went to Xplor Fuego and Xenses Park and had such a blast. The food was good everywhere we ate, especially La Trajinera. Booking was easy online and the whole All-Fun Inclusive thing really worked out for us. Definitely a fun vacation, felt really relaxed.

Booked Hotel Xcaret Mexico and the All-Fun Inclusive. Process was quick. Visited Xel-Ha Park. Enjoyed the cenote tours. Shuttle was on time. No complaints.

Reliably good experience

This was my third time booking with Hotel Xcaret, and my second stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. Like before, the All-Fun Inclusive concept delivered. We spent most of our time at Xplor Park and Xoximilco Cancun, both were as fun as I remembered. The airport transfer was smooth, which has always been consistent. I keep coming back because I know what to expect: good service and great access to the parks. It's why I haven't bothered trying competitors like Grand Velas.

Unforgettable stay!

Oh my goodness, our trip to Hotel Xcaret Arte was absolutely breathtaking! We stayed in Casa de los Artistas and the room was stunning. Every single detail, from the art to the views, was perfect. The Muluk Spa treatments were divine, and the Ha Restaurant tasting menu was an experience I'll never forget. I'm already planning my next visit and telling all my friends they HAVE to go. It was truly an unforgettable stay!

We booked a 7-day stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, opting for the All-Fun Inclusive package which included all the parks. The booking process on their website was straightforward, I used an early booking discount which applied automatically. Upon arrival at Cancun airport, finding the shuttle was easy, although it took about 15 minutes for the bus to actually leave. Our room in Casa Fuego had a great view and was always clean. We visited Xcaret Park twice and also did the Xenotes Tour, which was a fantastic half-day excursion. Restaurant reservations for Ha Restaurant were a little tricky to get last minute, so I recommend booking those ahead. Customer service for a small query about park hours was handled efficiently via chat. Overall, the quality of the food, the activities, and the resort itself exceeded expectations. The only minor point was the initial shuttle wait, but once we were on our way, everything else was seamless.
